An alumnus of St. Stephens College, New Delhi, Miguel Queah is the Founder of UTSAH. He is one of the youngest child rights practitioners in the Northeast of India. A survivor of Child Sexual Abuse himself, he realizes the importance of child empowerment and is one of the strongest crusaders of children's rights in the region. His dedication and quality of work has earned him the recognition of being an emerging influential Youth Leader of the Asia-Pacific & the Americas, by the Hawaii East West Center, which was reflected in his selection for the New Generation Seminar in 2012. He was awarded with the Acumen India Fellowship in 2017. Miguel is also a Member of the Child Protection Committee and the Child Labour Task Force Committee (Kamrup-M) of the Government of Assam.

An enthusiastic and admiring figure; Shankardev Chowdhury is the heart behind UTSAH. Has done his schooling at St. Paul's School, Darjeeling and a graduate of Commerce, Commerce College, Guwahati and Law College, Guwahati is in the Business of Tea Warehousing. He is actively involved in media (Television) especially with the Doordarshan PPC North East Channel. He attributes his learning curve to media for giving him a chance to interact with different people, and for giving him the liberty to research and compile materials for shows and interviews well outside his field of work, which were challenging and led to new discoveries in each project. Actively involved with music, he has organized Western Classical evenings in collaboration with the North East Zonal Cultural Center (NEZCC), Guwahati and has been a judge for musical events at the Zonal Meets of the Nehru Yuva Kendra at Kohima and Shillong. He is the VICE CHAIRMAN of UTSAH.

Rashmi Tiwari is a Post Graduate in Advertising and Public Relations, Ravenshaw College, Cuttack after schooling at Mayo College Girls' School, Ajmer and graduating in Commerce, Commerce College, Guwahati and holds a Diploma in Computer Applications(Finance & Accounting).Professionally she has an experience of over 6 years in Operations, Customer service, Training in the sectors of Insurance and Telecom and is presently the Deputy Manager(Operations) at Max New York Life Insurance Co. Ltd.

A heartening and self-effacing idealizer of UTSAH; Dr. Binayak Dutta is the academic behind UTSAH. He is an Assistant Professor of Assam University, Diphu Campus, at Diphu in the Karbi Anglong district of Assam. He is a teacher of History, though formerly he did cover the subject of Law along with History as well. His contributions towards History has been prolific, having authored two books and written more than two score articles in edited volumes and journals. Apart from being an Academic he is a student counselor and a qualified lawyer with an experience of practicing at the Gauhati High Court for three and a half years. He is the co-ordinator of the Advisory Committee (Ad-hoc) of UTSAH.

An alumnus of St. Marys School and Cotton College, Guwahati, Rukmini Baruah completed her education in Mechanical Engineering from University of Missouri Kansas City, United States of America. A strong believer in the human rights of children, Rukmini joined the UTSAH Governing Body in 2014. She has been instrumental in forging major tie ups with international agencies and thereby mobilising volunteers from all over the world to come and work with UTSAH in Guwahati.

An alumni of The Doon School, Dehra Dun, Anirudh holds a Master's Degree in Political Studies from the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi (India) and a Bachelor's Degree in History, Economics & Political Science as well as Honors in Peace Studies and Conflict Media Studies from St. Jospeh's College, Bangalore (India). Anirudh has in-depth knowledge on the political and socio -economic understanding of the North East Region.In the course of his professional journey, Anirudh has been associated with CII's
National Committee on Affirmative Action, National Committee for Services and National Committee on Skill Development. He has also been part of ACMA's National Committee for Human Resources & Skill Development.

A graduate of business management from Christ College, Bangalore and Roehampton University, London and of economic development from Birkbeck, University of London, who have experience in variety of fields ranging from finance to marketing in both corporate and charity sectors. During the time in London, he was associated for more than two years with an UK based NGO ‘Missing People’, handling their publicity and archiving and for the same duration working for an internet advertising company. His interests include international politics, economics and media and spend his free time reading and working on his blog.
